Return Policy and Conditions:

A Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number must be obtained from COMPUTRON within the applicable Return Policy period and is required for all returns. Computron will not accept any returns without prior authorization and RMA number and will be rejected without any further notice. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 30 days. Computron must receive the returned products within this timeframe. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of merchandise returned Computron.

All merchandise returned must be in the original packaging with UPC or bar code intact and with all components, manuals, registration card(s) software, cables & accessories in order for Computron to process your RMA. Computron will not process RMA returns that are incomplete. COMPURON reserves the right to reject any incomplete RMAs on receipt and returned to you on your shipping cost.

Upon receipt of merchandise complying all the RMA conditions, COMPUTRON will inspect the physical status (any scratches, blemish, spillage, tampered, opened or damages) of the unit and will advise you the same REPORT . Only after your acceptance of this report, COMPUTRON will proceed with the RMA. Any physical or contrived damage, either internally or externally will VOID the warranty.
